We inform you that Law 5079/2023 has been published (Government Gazette 215/A/22.12.2023) which defines issues regarding the completion of investment projects of Law 3299/2004 (article 52) and the deadlines for the completion of investment projects of Law 3908/2011 and 4399/2016 (articles 53 & 54).
