All relevant to L. 89/19867 procedures are handled through the platform included in the State Aid Informational System (PSKE-ΠΣΚΕ) held by the Ministry of Development and Investments, the operation of which is governed by L. 4314/2014.
The application for inclusion and for the granting of incentives (ar. 6 and 7), the annual operation data, as well as applications for amendments are being filed to PSKE.
