PUBLIC CONSULTATION ON THE INVESTMENT PROJECT “KOLIOS S.A."
The General Secretariat for Private Investments of the Ministry of Development hereby launches a public consultation on the investment project entitled “Investment in the Expansion and Modernization of Production Capacity through Advanced Technology, Automation and Innovative Production Systems, incorporating the Principles of the Green Economy, Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Development”, submitted by the project promoter “KOLIOS S.A. – HELLENIC DAIRY INDUSTRY”, and invites interested members of the public to submit their comments to the Department for the Reception of Investments and Financing Programmes within ten (10) days of the publication of this announcement.The public consultation procedure and its duration of ten (10) days are governed by the provisions of Article 10A(2) (“Department for the Reception of Investments and Financing Programmes” of the General Secretariat for Private Investments of the Ministry of Development) of Law 4864/2021 (G.G. A’ 237), as amended and currently in force.Open for comments until: 12 November 2026, 12:00 noon (Greek local time).
