The investment concerns the creation of a modern all year resort and is located in the area of "Chyloftes – Schinias – Tholos", Local Community of Kavousi, Municipality of Ierapetra, Regional Unit of Lasithi, Region of Crete by the "Societe Anonyme of Tourism Enterprises T.E.A.V. S.A." ( Maris Hotels). The total area of the Investment Plan is 1.300.000 m2. and will include, among other things, holiday homes (villas) of various sizes, a complex 5-star tourist accommodation and two hotels.
