The investment concerns the Development of a Tourist and Holiday Resort "Costa Nopia- Leptos Group" in 3 Zones (1.130.000 m2) which includes, among others, the construction of two hotels, a tourist port facility (tourist shelter), summer residences, etc. The project is located in the southeastern cove of the gulf of Kissamos, municipal district of the settlement of Ravdoucha of the Municipality of Platanias in the province of Kissamos in the Prefecture of Chania.
