The investment will be implemented in the south of the island in two zones A and B with mixed use tourism-recreation-holiday village, with a total area of 7.476.686,52 m2. Zone B is developed on the west side of the area in the areas of Manousos-Pepa-Hamouchades, has the use of a holiday village and includes Tourist Residences, boat reception piers, etc.
