The investment consists of a 600 kV DC submarine cable for the interconnection of the Israel - Cyprus - Greece electrical systems with a transmission capacity of 2000 MW and a total length of approximately 1518 km.
In particular, it consists of three connections as follows:
• Interconnection between Israel – Cyprus, having a length of 329 km,
• Interconnection between Cyprus and Crete, having a length of 879 km and
• Interconnection between Crete and mainland Greece, having a length of 310 km.
