The investment plan concerns the creation of a model thematic tourist receptor of sustainable construction and operation, that will include a hotel unit with supporting infrastructure, holiday homes, areas of art, culture, recreation and sports, as well as a boat marina in the "Plepi" location of the Thermisia Community of the Municipality Ermionida, in the Municipal Unit of Ermioni, of the Region of Peloponnese. The complex will be developed on a seaside area of 305 acres, divided into three sections (164 acres, 100 acres and 41 acres, respectively), with a budget of 119 million euros and 191 seasonal jobs.
