The investment project concerns the full scale redevelopment and modernization of an existing nine-storey hotel, including the upgrading of the surrounding leisure areas and support facilities, the development of 203 rooms, the demolition of existing bungalows, restaurants and other obsolete structures, the full renovation of conference facilities and restaurants, the expansion of spa and wellness facilities and staff accommodation areas, the construction of new bungalows, the comprehensive landscaping and upgrading of the outdoor areas, and the development of marina infrastructure with a capacity of 29 berthing positions and floating docking platforms.
