The project concerns the touristic development of a property with a total area of 6.694.949,00m2 in Thermi or Skordi in Saronida, Attica.
It is a complex development in two phases with two main land uses, Tourism - Recreation and Holiday Tourist Village, in zones as will be defined after the approval of ESHASE. It will include:
1. the creation of complex tourist accommodations, hotels and other tourist infrastructure in the Tourism-Recreation zones.
2. the use of private forest land for the development of a 55 acres Golf course.
3. The construction of a helipad.
4. the installation of wind turbines with a capacity of up to 5 MW, as well as energy storage infrastructure.
5. the installation of photovoltaic systems with a capacity of 30 MW, and energy storage infrastructure with a capacity of 15 MW on an area of 35 acres.
6. The installation of a solid wastes management unit.
7. The construction of a private road network
8. Underpasses (under the coastal avenue) to the beach that will be formed and the tourist port to be constructed with a capacity to serve 250 boats.
