The project has a budget of € 202,990,000 and is expected to employ 26 permanent and 323 seasonal staff (April-October, 7 months), with an average annual employment estimated at 214 Annual Work Units.
The investment plan concerns the construction and operation of a modern and luxurious complex of mixed tourist exploitation (Complex Tourist Accommodation) in Petrothalassa area of the Municipality of Ermionida, on the Community Road Porto Heli-Ermioni. The plan will be developed on a plot of 234.686,39m2 and will concern the construction of: a) a hotel of luxurious construction and high standards, with a capacity of 100 rooms and b) 15 tourist furnished residences (9 branded residences within the hotel complex and 6 exclusive villas north of the hotel, in a specially designed area, which will be available for sale and exploitation). In addition to the above, the Complex Tourist Accommodation is designed to have 3 restaurants, outdoor swimming pools, lounges, bars, pool bars, meeting space, beach club, wellness center, kids club, gym, gift shops and sports facilities (tennis courts, basketball courts, etc.).
