The investment project "ITANOS GAIA" concerns the construction and operation of a tourist resort and special tourist infrastructure (golf & spa) with a total of 1,936 beds. The investment is located at the NE end of Crete, on the Sidero Peninsula, which administratively belongs to the Municipality of Sitia.
