The General Secretariat for Private Investments of the Ministry of Development (competent authority: Directorate of Licensing, 5 Nikis Street, 10180 Athens, Greece, Tel.: +30 210 3332778), acting as the Planning Authority for the Special Spatial Development Plan for a Strategic Investment (ESCHASE) concerning the investment project "PHĀEA – South Crete: Integrated Tourism Development Plan" of MYRINA VILLAGE Tourism and Hotel Enterprises Single-Member S.A., in accordance with paragraph 4.2 of Article 7 of Joint Ministerial Decision No. ΥΠΕΧΩΔΕ/ΕΥΠΕ/οικ.107017/5.9.2006 (G G., Series II, No. 1225), as amended and currently in force by Joint Ministerial Decision No. 94750/6235/15.9.2023 (G.G, Series II, No. 5774):
a. Announces that both the General Secretariat for Private Investments and the Region of Crete, through its Regional Council, have made available the information and documentation comprising the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) dossier for the above-mentioned plan, in order to inform the public.
b. Invites the public concerned to submit duly substantiated comments to the Directorate of Environmental Licensing (DIPA) of the Ministry of Environment and Energy (11 Alexandras Avenue, 11473 Athens, Greece), within twenty (20) days from the publication of this notice.
