The General Secretariat of Private Investments of the Ministry of Development (competent body: Directorate of Licensing, Nikis 5, 10180, Athens, tel.: 210 3332778), as the principal Authority for the Development of the “Special Spatial Development Plans for Strategic Investments (ESHASE) ‘Conversion of the Platygiali Port ΝΑ.ΒΙ.ΠΕ (Maritime Industrial Area),into a Tourist Port for Mega Yachts, Development of Commercial Uses and Provision of High-Standard Tourism and Leisure Services’”, of the entity ASTAKOS TERMINAL PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY FOR INTERNATIONAL TRADE AND PROVISION OF SERVICES», in accordance with the provisions set out in paragraph 4.2 of Article 7 of Joint Ministerial Decision no. Ministry of the Environment/Special Directorate of the Environment/no. 107017/5.9.06 (Government Gazette Β΄ 1225), as amended and currently in force by Joint Ministerial Decision No. 94750/6235/15-9-2023 (Government Gazette Β΄ 5774):
a. Announces that both the entity itself, and the Regional Unit of Western Greece, Committee on Environment, Spatial Planning, Energy and Natural Resources hold the necessary information and documentation contained in the file of the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) of the aforementioned plan, in order to inform the public.
b. Invites the public to submit their observations to the Directorate of Environmental Licensing (DIPA) of the Ministry of the Environment (postal address: 11 Alexandras Ave., 11473, Athens), within the period of twenty (20) days from the publication of this notice.
